Thursday's activities included (from Plan B, which was implemented Tuesday night due to the raging forest fires which closed Kootenay Park Lodge):

Today's cycling takes us along the Jasper Parkway (also known as the Columbia Icefields Parkway) . Sights include Peyto Lake, Bow Lake, Bow Glacier, Num-ti-jah Lodge,Crowsfoot Glacier, lunch at Mosquito Creek, and Herbert Lake, where we are vanned back to Rundlestone Lodge in Banff, and celebrate Mary Kay's and Janet's 60th birthdays at the Olde Irish Pub.
